Rather than having to send a download to each customer requesting it, the seeder of content sends it to one requesting client (known as a leach) who, in turn, shares with other leaches who, if following etiquette, remain connected to seed the completed torrent to other leaches.

Usually some trackers are added by default.A tracker controls the transfer of data for your torrent. A tracker looks similar to an ordinary URL. A list of working public bit torrent trackers is available on the web just Google it. If you want to index your torrent on a torrent downloads website then you should use the tracker owned by that website, as some indexing sites will not allow external trackers.

Peer:-
Peer is a any machine or client in which torrent client is running and machine is connected to the internet.Peer have some data of the torrent file i.e. It is client or swarm which has some part of data.
Seed:-
It is a term used for the machine which possesses some part of the torrent data.When you finish your downloading torrent client will start uploading data which you have downloaded so you will become seeder.Seeder have 100% of the data then only it can seed the data.Seeding is like leaving a peer's connection available for down loaders to download from.Peer should seed more data that it has downloaded but it is up to user how much he seeds.
Piece:-
Torrent files are divided into equal specific sized pieces(i.e 4 MB,8 MB) so it is easy to seed the data and distribute data among peers.
DHT(Distributed Hash Table):-
It is a group of decentralized distributed systems which provides look up service like hash table.Hash table has two fields Key and data that is connected to that key.So duty of DHT is maintaining the mapping system from keys to values i distributed among the nodes in the most efficient way.
Leech:-
Leech is often referred as downloader i.e. peer which doesnt haave 100% of data.It also refers to a peers who have negative effects on swarm by having very poor share ratio(i.e. Download more and upload less).They intentionally avoid uploading the data by using advance clients or limiting upload rate.
